It took 6-months to just get them to refund the hosing cost. TCH not only lost my company it’s web site (deleted from their server), but our domain name as well. I've had numerous problems with e-mail, unexplained downtimes, etc., etc. I pushed them on the PHP 5 issue and was treated quite poorly by their Assistant General Manager: http://www.spolem.net/splog/view/item/165/ They are good at first but when the honeymoon's over, she starts to look real ugly real fast. I was a 4 year customer of TCH and recently swtiched hosts (to a2hosting.com).
